Sheraton Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort

We had a beach front villa which was huge with its own plunge pool. The villas are set in maintained landscaped grounds so there is still privacy. Big family room and very comfortable beds. A buggy or short walk to the main hotel facilities. Daily breakfast was awesome as was the food at the Wok and Curry. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Mint checked us in and out he was great. The managers were always visible making sure everything ran smoothly and standards maintained. We had Visa issues and Daniel helped us with that as well. The Vin bus made getting out and about easy and cabs were easy and cheap as well. Mini mart /village and other shops restaurants 5 minute cab away.

On beach front , have shuttle bus to nearby attractions , includes breakfast . Very responsive staffs overall , friendly and pleasant .

No words could describe how good this hotel was. It was very clean, the staff are very welcoming, the shuttle bus was also punctual. The room was also very big and clean. The best part is the breakfast buffet. I have stayed in many hotels and this was by far the best as there was many selection of food and beverages.
